Transportation Coalition Infrastructure Conference - Tuesday, October 6 Click here for information and to register This statewide event is focused on the need for comprehensive funding reform to provide Tennessee with a long-term, sustainable solution to meet identified transportation system needs. Sessions run from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Murfreesboro. Senator Tracy’s Transportation Tour Senate Transportation and Safety Committee Chairman Jim Tracy (R-Shelbyville) is holding meetings across the state to discuss Tennessee’s roads and transportation needs. He’s looking for input from a wide variety of citizens and community leaders about the solutions to our transportation funding challenges. Presentations will also be made by Susan Mattson, Principal Legislative Research Analyst for the State Comptroller and Bill Moore, PE, former Chief Engineer at TDOT.
